Experience & Credibility
Experience where the margin for error is thin
I work with founders, executives, and former senior government officials on moments where clarity and composure decide the outcome.
I’ve prepared speakers for more than 400 national cable news appearances across CNBC, CNN, Fox Business, Fox News, MSNBC, and Newsmax, as well as conducted over 380 mock interviews under real conditions.
What People Say After the Work
Michael helped me go from a first-time moderator to a confident voice in a single week—his sharp prep, real-time coaching (like having me set expectations with panelists and fix my vocal tics), and detailed feedback made an immediate, noticeable difference. I’d strongly recommend him to early-stage founders and anyone in energy looking to elevate their presence on stage.
Anurag Kamal
As we prepared for a live TV interview, we had strong ideas but needed help organizing our thoughts and shaping clear, concise answers. Michael’s coaching brought structure and focus to our message, helping us deliver a confident, knockout segment that truly landed on air.
Angela Gordon and Kwang Han
“As someone who has worked with various PR firms over the years, I was truly impressed by how Michael tailored his panel preparation specifically to me and the discussion I was joining. His customized preparation transformed my nerves into genuine confidence, and the audience responded incredibly well. I couldn’t have achieved that without him!”
Clare Ath
“Working with Michael Lehmann was a great experience. He brings a calm, steady professionalism to every session, and I really appreciated the structured practice and thoughtful feedback he provided. His approach helped me feel more confident and prepared for high-visibility moments.”
Chet Love
“In advance of a public speaking event that involved debating a high-profile intellectual in front of a large audience, Michael provided invaluable tips for packaging my ideas for maximum impact. We worked on how to be persuasive, compelling, and succinct. I was especially impressed that Michael dug into the subject matter of my talk to help workshop substantive arguments and provided real time feedback on the content and style of my presentation. Thanks to Michael I arrived at my event better prepared and more confident, and held my own in a spirited discussion.”
Former Client
“Before my time as a regular on Fox Business and Fox News, I had little to no formal media experience or training. Because of Mike’s coaching, especially his consistent and personal approach, I improved dramatically as a communicator on television.”

Where Clients Use This Work
Investor Pitches
Clarify your story, present the strongest possible case, and avoid the unforced errors that quietly sink deals. We pressure-test your answers, sharpen your narrative, and make sure nothing distracts from why you should win.
Panels and Public Forums
Turn these from forgettable to memorable. Learn how to say less, stand out more, and leave a lasting impression. The goal is not to talk the most, but to be the person people remember when the panel ends.
Media Hits
Live mock interviews and high-stakes simulations that mirror the real thing. We train under pressure so that when you are on air, you are the best version of yourself and your message actually lands.
Ways to Work Together
About Michael Lehmann
I help people perform clearly when it counts.
I have a background in campaigns, Congress, and nonprofits. Before launching Lehmann’s Terms, I spent six and a half years working in energy and climate communications, including roles in the U.S. House and at a national nonprofit.
My work now focuses on investor pitches, conference panels, and live media. Different settings, but same fundamentals: clear headlines, disciplined structure, and zero unforced errors.
I’m also a long-suffering Cleveland Browns fan, which has taught me how to stay composed when things don’t go according to plan.
